Ordered from here when visiting a friend in Southborough and loved this spot! You can get a bowl with a variety of flavorful sides and veggies, I got the steak as well which was awesome! Everyone in our large group enjoyed what they ordered.

Our family shared the Nan's Fried Chicken dinner, which is a conveniently packaged meal for 4 people. First of all, the chicken is very well seasoned, super crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy inside. Personally, I found the batter a bit too thick (is this bone or batter?) and salty as it overpowered the meat. For the sides, their mashed potatoes are *decadent* - silky smooth and very buttery. They taste as much as a dairy product as a potato product, and while the gravy is not needed for these, they give you an equal amount of gravy as potatoes. Oh, and the biscuits. Delicious, but again, very salty and buttery. They are flaky and fantastic with some jam, but the chicken, potato, and biscuit combo is a bit too rich for me. With this meal, in addition to the mashed, you choose 3 sides. We opted for the harissa farro, roasted beets and charred broccoli. The flavorful farro packed a spicy and sweet Mediterranean punch, which I really enjoyed. And the light, refreshing beets complemented the otherwise heavy meal. The broccoli was a bit disappointing, as the pumpkin seed pesto, cotija, and jalapeño was too subtle. This is a fun way to feed a small crew, and I will certainly return for some of the interesting vegetable preparations and side dishes, but I think I'll stick to their lighter fare...with an occasional biscuit treat.

When I was looking for a breakfast place near where we were staying, came across Nan's kitchen. Was not the usual run of the mill. A quaint rustic setup. The carved tools was a nice touch. Coming to the food, we had a simple egg sandwich and coffee. Food was fresh, bacon was cooked just right and as were eggs. We then came back for their famous fried chicken. We had the Nansville Hot. Well seasoned and great flavor. Value for money too. Except the chicken was dripping with oil to our taste. BTW, service was friendly and prompt.

Just had this for dinner tonight. Overall it was delicious! Chicken is crispy, great flavor & worth the money. The mashed potato's were creamy and delicious! Although the biscuits were good, but $12 for 6 biscuits is tricky - they are good but i wish there was an option to buy just one or two. I think this place is good overall, a little pricey but I will be back to try other things on the menu! (We did pick up, which was easy and ready when we got there, so cannot comment on service)

Absolutely unbelievable! Not just for lunch!! The food at Nan's simply amazing. Imagine having the best most luscious breakfast lunch, or dinner that you've had since you moved out of your mother's house provided she was an excellent cook. The chefs are all professionally trained. They put complete passion and their entire life's work into their amazing food that is to die for. The last time I was here I had an absolutely amazing lunch and tonight I stopped in and got the most fabulous dinner for four people and only $25. Rustic ambiance inside (they'll upgrade the outside to rustic style in time so keep coming! Tasty carrots, sweet potato, broccoli, brown rice, spiced chicken, herbed brine chicken breast, falafel, brussels sprouts, eggplant, harissa Farro rice, spicy salad, cabbage salad, rainbow, carrots, roasted beets, and plenty of sides along with your favorite wine to go. Definitely give them a try for dinner and you will never miss out again. I do know they work with DoorDash, Grub Hub and Uber Eats. They're coming in almost every minute picking up dinners to go. I just can't say enough about this place. I've even featured Aedan who is the son of one of the co-owners of this fine local establishment with a few locations and more to follow. Definitely give them a look you can do breakfast, lunch or dinner, but you'll be amazed. Give them a shout out for dinner though try them first as it's an easy stop right off Route 9 heading conveniently home on the westbound side right before 495 in Southborough you can't miss it!

Saw on Yelp and peeked interest as on rt9. Stopped in and tried a hot honey chicken sandwich, a side of fried chicken, small side of carrots. Well the hot honey was real deal chicken sandwich and the sauce was a good match on a toasted bun. The side of chicken didn't look like much til you bite into it... chicken was tender, marinated in something and breading excellent spices... this would make a good dinner with with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. The flavored carrots were nicely flavored as well. All the fresh sides looked like a decent meal in itself. The hot honey was a star.

Love Nan's! Great quality, fresh made food. Try their drinks, they always come up with new flavors! The service is quick, online ordering is also available. There's a good amount of seating that's surrounded by artisan products. They sell beer and wine from locally made companies.

Lovely roadside market with hot foods, grab and go items, small pantry selection, wine and beer. Vibe: upscale market serving gourmet foods, several tables indoors. Service: Impeccable. The people behind the counter were so damn lovely. We got to sample a couple things before ordering. Food came out in a timely manner. Food: A bit hit or miss but the hits really hit. Grilled cheese: Not my jam, a bit over buttered and I didn't get the gruyere flavor Bone-in fried chicken: Superb, no notes. Crispy and tasty skin/breading, juicy and tender meat. Smoky beets: Excellent flavor, perfectly prepared, really cool. Mud pie: Decadent. Not even sure what all the layers were but they were all so good We also got the caramelized onion chocolate bar which was funky but not tasty enough for $16 imo Overall had a great experience and solid food at Nan's, the vibe of the place and the employees is really warm and lovely, would definitely go back and would recommend.
